The Dispatcher assumes responsibility for all Ag Chem/Fertilizer orders from customers and the sales team and handles all shipments of incoming Ag Chem/Fertilizer. This position is also responsible for managing Ag Chem/Fertilizer plant employees in the absence of the warehouse manager.
