Job Description
Position Title: Assembly - 2nd Shift
Wage: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm
QPS Employment Group has a great Assembly position available at a company in Machesney Park, IL. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs routine and repetitive work to pick, wash and inspect machined and purchased parts, including fasteners and seals, to arrange them for detailing and final assembly of wide variety and sizes of accumulators and accessories.
- Performs deburring, detailing, assembly, and test of accumulators.
- Assists with detailing and assembly and test of accumulators.
- Performs duties to complete and file inspection and test reports.
- Works from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals.
- Uses basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools, gauges which require interpretation in various applications.
- Painting, rust preventing, packing, and crating of product.
