Job Purpose/Department Overview:
Help support the sales and marketing efforts of Stoughton Trailers through a broad range of project work. Gain valuable business and communications experience working within a thriving manufacturing company.
Projects:
- Enter and analyze data, prepare graphs and reports.
- Event planning and execution of event related details.
- Assist in the sales quotation, order entry and trailer pick-up processes.
- Take pictures of employees and events. Organize and distribute picture files.
- Conduct sales and marketing research projects.
- Research and compare pricing and options for a wide range of marketing products and services.
- Place orders and maintain inventory levels for marketing materials. Distribute items to customers, employees, etc...
- Assist with warranty registration and evaluation process.
- Make edits to the company websites. Prepare and distribute internal communication.
- Provide support to other departments and business units as needed.

Qualifications
- Education: Internship program for Senior candidates of a bachelor's degree.

- Ability to effectively communicate, work and relate with people at all levels of the organization.
