Job Purpose/Department Overview:

Help support the sales and marketing efforts of Stoughton Trailers through a broad range of project work. Gain valuable business and communications experience working within a thriving manufacturing company.

Projects:

  • Enter and analyze data, prepare graphs and reports.
  • Event planning and execution of event related details.
  • Assist in the sales quotation, order entry and trailer pick-up processes.
  • Take pictures of employees and events. Organize and distribute picture files.
  • Conduct sales and marketing research projects.
  • Research and compare pricing and options for a wide range of marketing products and services.
  • Place orders and maintain inventory levels for marketing materials. Distribute items to customers, employees, etc...
  • Assist with warranty registration and evaluation process.
  • Make edits to the company websites. Prepare and distribute internal communication.
  • Provide support to other departments and business units as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Internship program for Senior candidates of a bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to support projects at rapid pace in administrative and manufacturing environments.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, work and relate with people at all levels of the organization.
    • Creative thinking and collaborative approach on all fronts of the organization.
