Delivering on Our Mission to Help Students Succeed
ECMC Education's mission is to transform career and technical education to provide aspiring and current learners with skills to elevate their careers and communities. It is part of the nonprofit corporation ECMC Group, whose vision is to empower underserved communities to thrive through education. Each organization within ECMC Group uniquely makes a positive impact on learner outcomes, but it's the strength of the three organizations working together that makes it all possible. We look forward to generating more notable outcomes in the years to come.

Guided by Nonprofit Values in All We Do
As a family of nonprofit entities, each of ECMC Group’s organizations promotes the long-term success of learners over short-term objectives. For instance, funding from the ECMC Foundation broadly supports the testing, adoption and sharing of new approaches in postsecondary education across a multitude of organizations throughout the United States. As one of its beneficiaries, ECMC Education, in turn, invests funds into high-impact programming, innovative learning environments and technology-enabled training solutions designed to improve outcomes for all stakeholders. Also by way of example, ECMC operates college access learning centers in several states to help families prepare and plan for post-secondary education.

Creating Career Pathways to Strong Earning Potential
Across the country, there is a critical shortage of qualified workers needed to fill middle-skill jobs—jobs that require more education and training than a high school diploma but less than a four-year college degree, many of which lead to family-sustaining incomes. ECMC Education promotes pathways to these careers in allied healthcare and trades through its schools and seeks to build new pathways with employers who share the same philosophy.
